If you edit the report and remove the specific printer then it should use the default printer on whichever machine it is on.

This link above is for a newer version of Sage, I am using 2009 and I don’t have a save printer option in properties in the report designer. I fiddled around with various options, I changed the printer in printer offsets and opted to preview the final template (bottom right corner) and then saved. The printer seems to have been saved now.

I reinstalled Sage as I did a complete format and my old printer name was “printer copy 1” on the system now it is just “printer”, you could just take a shortcut and change the printer name.
